Working Group Meeting on 13 February 2023

Dear Social Partners,

We are pleased to invite you to the above-mentioned meeting, to be held in person on

Monday 13 February 2023, 10.00am - 4.00 pm
at Le Chatelain Hotel, 17 rue du Chatelain, 1000 Brussels, Room Almansa Belmonte.

The joint meeting will start at 12pm. The preparatory meetings will be held from 10.00-11.30am - with interpretation for the workers' delegation in room Almansa Belmonte and from 10.30 -l 1.30am - without interpretation for the employers in room Coca.

Simultaneous interpretation has been requested for the following languages:
English, Spanish, French, Italian, Polish (active) and German and Danish (passive).

The list of participants must be finalised in AGM eight days before the meeting. Access to the meeting venue, interpretation and reimbursement (see annex) will be subject to this list.
